Returns

We want you to be happy with your DADKIN order. For standard online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer-law exceptions.

Return condition

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a store. Please return it complete and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, any resulting loss in value may be taken into account.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, the direct cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

After a valid withdrawal, eligible amounts are refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may wait until the returned goods are received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.

Contact DADKIN through the Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided before you send the parcel. Please do not send a return before receiving those instructions, because the correct return location can depend on the fulfilment partner that handled your order.
